ENGINEERING CRITERIA MANUAL UPDATE
El Paso County has partnered with IMEG Corp. to update the County’s Engineering Criteria Manual (ECM) and integrate the Drainage Criteria Manual (DCM) under the same cover. The updated ECM will align with current regulations, reflect best practices, improve usability, and remove outdated standards to support the County’s goals for resilient infrastructure and streamlined development reviews. Through collaboration and stakeholder input, the County seeks to create a manual that reflects both best engineering practices and the unique needs of the community.
This website serves as a collaborative platform to facilitate engagement, collect feedback, and promote transparent communication. Through ongoing collaboration between the County and IMEG, stakeholders will stay informed and confident that their input helps shape a practical and community-focused ECM and DCM.
